Getting started
Drag any RAW file or folder onto Raw to JPEG, or use the Open command. Conversion starts immediately and finishes with JPEG files beside the originals unless you choose another folder.
What to send
Include the macOS version, the Raw to JPEG version, and a short description of what you expected to happen instead. That is usually enough to reproduce the issue quickly.
Privacy note
Please do not send personal photos unless you choose to. The app is designed to keep the workflow local and simple.
